Louise Fynes, Owner Fynesfitness, offers a unique concept in fitness training. She work's as a personal trainer, personal coach and massage therapist in the health, wellness and fitness field. She believes in positive coaching to reinforce good behavior with her clients. She said her fitness program has been considered the benchmark for social programs. Her concept is unique because she works with people from all backgrounds. She also works with Asylum seekers.
Louis' core belief is empowering people through fitness, food and mindfulness. She received the Entrepreneur Award for young Business (2016), and her business is an affiliate of the National Association for Sport and Wellness Massage, sport council, BGN and the local sport Association group in Gorinchem. In her spare time she enjoys rugby, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, to excahnge knoweledge and gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
