I was a single mother for 18 years raising 4 wonderful children who all graduated from college and my youngest is a Doctor. I met my husband 12 years ago, and we have a great life together. He has two wonderful daughters, so we have 3 boys and 3 grils and our friends and family calls us the Brady Bunch.
My career started in banking, and I got promoted very fast, because of my focus to be the best I could be in life. I have over 20 years working in Sales, Training, Coaching and Business Consulting. I have trained staff in educational programs and workshops while consulting with regional executives to identified learning solutions that aligned with their business strategies and their customer's needs. I decided to pursue my passion to become a Life Transition Coach, so I attended CTI, Co-Active Coaching School, and when on to open my own Coaching Business called "Transition With Lourdes." My personal challenges and transitions are what makes me so powerful to help others, because, I have been in their shoes. I am very interested in helping people who are going through Life Challenges and Transitions to find confidence, meaning and purpose in their new role in life, and to help them see how that fits into the bigger picture of their life. As a Life Transition Coach, I have studied what happens in a person's brain during a major life transition. Although some transitions are rites of passage, times of change that come with celebrations, others are less socially acknowledged and can be a time of great stress, anxiety, and overthinking without clear and purposeful focused direction. I help individuals to identify and clarify their values during time of change. My style of coaching is warm, engaging and direct, and I do challenge my clients to help them recognize where they may be holding themselves back. I have a Bachelor Degree, A Paralegal Certificate, I am a Certified Feng Shui Consultant. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, and also a member of The Holistic Chamber of Commerce. I enthusiastically invest into people, and I take joy in seeing meaningful transformation happen in others.

Lourdes has learned early that it is not what we get to achieve, but who we become in the process of that journey and what we contribute to others that define us and gives meaning to our life. Which is why her greatest joy has been to give back and share what has worked for her with others, and see them succeed. Her purpose in life is to help you find your purpose! She specializes in helping you with transitions and radical transformation and guides you to welcome change as an opportunity, reinvention, and progress. As a Life Transition Coach, Lourdes' coaching leads you from feeling stuck and confused to a place where change is and opportunity, a period of self-evaluation and refreshing time to evolve and reinvent yourself toward your hihest pupose. Lourdes holds her BA in Criminal Justice from Los Angeles University, has a Coaching Certification with (CTI) Co-Active Coaching School, a Certification as an Inspired Feng Shui Practinioner and a Certification as a Paralegal. She is also a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF). When not engaged with work, Lourdes enjoys photography, reading, playing tennis, and going to the gym.
