Lourdes Quijas is Freelance Human Resources Professional, a role she has held for 12 years while being in her field for 26 years. She is currently retired, after having an extensive HR career at BMW, as well as General Motors as HR consultant. She covers all aspects such as recruiting, selecting all new members- white collar and blue collar, and implementing all educational programs. She has been responsible for recruiting up to 2000 people overall.
Human Resources was a passion of hers, and she is an expert in Human Resources Project Management and Recruiting as well as Training Engagement Programs. She has a Bachelors degree, in Relations from Mexico, 1986, and has several certificates.
She contributes in her community and strives to empower women. She credits her success to passion, discipline, and persistence. She takes pride in helping others, and enjoys travel in her spare time.
