I have experience in Management, Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution Centers in multinational companies both at Corporate and plant level. I have coordinated Managerial, administrative and top talented teams of diverse areas in order to obtain important goals such as GFSI certifications, Lean Six Sigma level, SOX accomplishment, cost reduction, efficiency improvement. In addition I work in consultancy services and coaching for integrating cross functional teams.
