Luciana Paola Rodriguez is a member of a renowned family business , Autoescuela Oscar, a school for drivers education since 2000. She is in charge of supervising the company's employees, setting prices, marketing services and all of its legal affairs. Luciana is also an experienced Lawyer with 10 years of experience. In addition to handling the legal affairs of her family business, where she represents people in family matters, succession and commercial transactions and labor law. In the past, she has also worked for the Judiciary on criminal matters and matters related to children.
Luciana decided to become a lawyer when she worked in her family firm growing up and realized that the lawyers that worked for them did many things wrong that hurt her family's business. She worked in law outside of the company for a while to establish some independence and to get a broader knowledge before taking on her current role with the firm. She continues to run her firm alongside the work she does in her family's business. She says her goal for the future is to be recognized for doing something important in the law. To that end she is about to take off on an "innovation tour trip" to Israel.
Luciana credits her success as a lawyer and businesswoman to her desire to serve as an inspirational role model for her two daughters, 6 and 12 years old. She wants them to realize that they can do anything they wish to do and that they should not see any limits to what they will do. She says this motivates her and she already sees the pay off with her 12 year old daughter who is already very hardworking and very bright already accomplishing great things in her academic life.
Luciana's greatest achievement, in her view, are the clients that return to use her services again and again because they were so pleased with her service. She recalls one client in particular who had 7 lawyers previously, and came to her and stuck with her because he found that she was the only lawyer he trusted and who did a great job for him.
She looks forward to enjoying all the benefits of membership and wants to exchange knowledge with other dynamic, accomplished, professional women worldwide. When she is not working she enjoys writing, painting, reading serious literature and nonfiction and international travel. She also financially supports a charitable children's aid organization in her country named "Carita." She is looking forward to networking with like-minded individuals.
