Lu Ann Danley is currently the Controller of Calise Partners out of Texas for over 6 years. She has worked in every aspect of the company from cash management, budgeting, human resources, compliance and corporate strategy. She has been a successful controller and CPS for over 30 years. Calise Partners is an integrated marketing agency focused on real estate ventures.
Lu Ann is diverse in the corporate sector as well as the private sector. She is an expert on working in multiple projects and cross departmental management. She has an exacting and governing approach to getting any project or office team to work effectively and efficiently with any task at hand.
Lu Ann has competencies in corporate communications, budget analysis, financial management and corporate finance. She is also an experienced Property Accountant working with multiple properties preparing 1099 instructions for property accounting groups. She has also worked as a Senior Planning Analyst in the energy sector. She says that she worked as a Controller for a major investment group handling over 10 entities and a cash flow of over $3 million in monthly transactions.
She graduated with an MBA from Duquesne University after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from The California University of Pennsylvania. She started her education when she graduated from Northwood University with an Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising.
Lu Ann is a Certified Public Accountant and experienced Company Controller and is continuing to bring an unusual diversity of experience and ideas to the table.
