Lucia Egas has over 20 years of experience in her current field. She is a Project Engineer for Schlumberger. She is a chemical engineer with vast experience in chemical treatment for oil and water.
She was the first female engineer in a management position in Ecuadorian Oil Industry. She really thinks female professionals are powerful and still not treated with the same opportunities as male professionals.
In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
