An esteemed CPA of over ten years, Luz Moreno is the President of More Accounting Plus Tax Services Inc where she prepares taxes, audits, bookkeeping, and controllers for clients and oversees her team with dynamic leadership skill. She is currently preparing for her exam to be an Enroll Agent Certification, a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
After receiving her Bachelor's degree from the Universidad of La Salle in Mexico City, Ms. Moreno went on to own her own accounting practice in Mexico before ultimately relocating to the US. The community she lives in Florida has a huge population of Spanish speaking people unable to read or write English, therefore struggling to complete their income taxes. Since Ms. Moreno is bilingual, she is able to provide them a service and to meet the Spanish community need through
her business.
Moving forward, Ms. Moreno plans to continue to expand and grow her business into multiple branches and franchises throughout Florida and finally, out of state. She plans to continue to network with likeminded female professionals and to apply her core values of hard work and persistence.
A mother of two, Ms. Moreno enjoys cooking, travel and spending time with her children when not engaged with work.
