Lynette Yeoman has been in the management consulting industry for over 25 years. Living in New Zealand, she established her own company, Yeoman Ward International, in 1996. As owner and director, she has a number of responsibilities, including managing profits, managing the overall company finances, and a technical role of dealing with the area of government strategic and policy, government reforms, and human resource training. Lynette divides her professional time with engaging with the community, along with her adopted sister. At this stage in her career, Lynette is seeking professional connections, to network with like minded-professional globally and to further her business opportunities while sharing her knowledge and skill. Lynette also published various papers on how to help get young girls into schools. She bases her success on working with people from different industries and putting her skills into them. Lynette's future goals include possibly changing roles to do some coaching work with professional World Bank after 3 years. She'd like to be recognized for her achievements and contributions. Lynette is fluent in Russian and English
