More than 25 years
With over two decades of experience in her field, Lyria Josephs is the Quality Assurance/Risk Manager for CI HSA where she ensures any incidents that are reported are investigated, monitors the profits, and prepares the hospital for health practice inspections. To this role, Lyria brings dynamic leadership skill and expertise in nursing and management.
Lyria holds her MA in Science from ICCI and a BA in Nursing from West Indies College. Also a passionate educator, she taught nursing for 5 years and does public speaking and lectures in church about health. Moving forward, Lyria hopes to finish her PhD in education and wants to do a lot of teaching and motivational speaking.
When not engaged with work, Lyria enjoys walking and exercise, running marathons in Jamaica, making jewelry and cooking.
