With over 10 years of professional experience, Mabel Riveros is a Sommelier at Concha y Toro where she trains a staff and is in charge of the sommeliers around the countryside and the main city. She correlates the job of each one of them. She also trains and makes all necessary accommodations for small wine shops in Chile. Mabel's first professional career was as a translator after obtaining her degree. She then moved on to foreign exchange before becoming a sommelier. She loves the world of wine, olive oil, peas, coffee and everything related to restaurants.
Mabel holds her Bachelor's degree in Translation. Moving forward, she would like to continue working in the wine area and moving up from there. She plans to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
When not engaged with work, Mabel enjoys traveling and home remodeling.
