Executive Coaching, Performance Coaching, Mentor Coaching
Maeve O’Byrne has over 7 years of experience in her current field. She is the Founder/Head coach at Cumhacht Coaching & Consulting. Her average day consists of working with a groups and individuals, as well as writing and creating.. She worked in nonprofit management for 25-30 years, and found herself burnt out and looking to rediscover her joy. In her learning journey, she had discovered Executive Coaching. Taking this certification changed her outlook on how to work and support others through coaching. On leaving her role as CEO/President of a Hospital Foundation Maeve reinvented herself going into her Third Act. Her area of expertise is working with people through transition and change whether moving from one job to another, promotion and the fear it may bring, or transition to retirement/semi retirement professionals (what will that look like for you?). Her life expertise and values include listening fully, never judge and don't make assumptions. She has a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary studies from Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC, is a PCC level coach and has just received her certification in Mentor Coaching. She is a member of Equal Voice, an association whose goal is to support and help get more women at all levels of Government in Canada. A member of the Steering Committee of CoachActivism, a program that provides coaching to volunteers working directly with refugees in Europe. In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
