Margarita Espaillat has over 17 years of experience in her career field. Currently, she is helping to restructure the company with engineers and they are working closely with the market and with products and applying new technology for the company. She says that she likes what she does and she has always like to build new things from the ground up. Margarita’s expertise are in administration and construction. She has a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Instituto Technologico de Santo Domingo in 2002. She says that recently her and her colleagues are have applied for the commercial camera on Dominican Swill and that is still in progress. Margarita won the PIES Award when she was in college. Margarita says that the key to her success has been her ability to compromise. She says that she has to compromise with other companies a lot. In the next few years she hopes to be the regional manager for the company. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
