Mariela Hernandez has been working in the computer software field for over 15 years. She is the Human Resources Leader at Cisco in Costa Rica, and oversees 11 different countries in Central America, the Caribbean, and Andes countries. Having always been motivated by helping other people and making a difference in their lives and careers, Mariela is highly skilled in human resources, consulting services, communications, information technology computer software, and recruiting.
She holds an MBA degree in Human Resource Management in 2002 and also received bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Internacional de las Americas in 1998. Mariela she says that her greatest challenge was juggling all of her responsibilities as mother, wife and professional, but is proud to be in charge of an organization of over 700 people. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals.
