Manon Harvey is the Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Services at the Canada Foundation for Innovation. She was the first official employee to join the CFI in 1997 and has been with the CFI since then. Manon believes in integrity and in making sure governance is done properly. She attributes her success to being a good leader, treating people with respect, acting with integrity, and recognizing that you can make a difference in the careers of people. In the future, Manon hopes to become more involved with other boards. She is most proud of being the first official employee for CFI, which was originally only to be funded for five years, but still being funded by the government so many more years later.
