Marylène Ayotte is a HR Executive and Life Transformation Consultant. She worked at Pepsico for 12 years where she planned and led all human resources programs and strategies for Eastern Canada, including 1,500 employees in 17 locations. She is currently working on a 12-month certification program in coaching and consulting as Pepsico is undergoing reorganization.
She has always been motivated by making a difference+helping other people, and has a total of over 20 years in human resources. She received her Bachelors degree in Commerce, and specialized in human resources and international business.
She is currently involved in many youth empowerment associations including Big Push, and is now looking to complete her 12 month certification program and then launch her own consulting firm specializing in life transformation coaching. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
