Márcia Azevedo is a High Performance Coach at ByMarciaBastos. She has been a coach there for ten years. Marcia works with enterprises coaches groups to work better and achieve their high performance goals. She was prompted to go into this field when she realized the struggle she was having working in a high performance environment. She felt she was not the only one struggling so she decided to take courses in high performance coaching to help employees who were struggling with the same thing.
Marcia’s expertise are in high performance coaching. She earned her degree in 2000. Marcia belongs to the Society of Engineers in Brazil and Portuguese. She does some public speaking pertaining to her area of expertise. Marcia attributes her success to her enthusiasm and continuing to learn and improve her skills.
In the future she hopes to further develop her high performance coaching business in Portugal, where she recently moved. She says that her biggest achievement has been the wonderful feedback she has gotten about her coaching skills from clients. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
