The Gelato Boutique is a ice cream parlor, focused mostly on pastries, gelato, but also serves salads and lunch. Marcia currently does business locally but is looking to expand internationally in developing the company's brand. Marcia is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian, and French. Marcia holds a strong passion for cooking. Marcia has won the title of Gelato Pioneer in 2011, Revelation Chef 2012, and Best Gelato 2013 in the Firenze Gelato Festival. She is known as the biggest authority in gelato making in Brazil and contributes many magazines and newspapers. Marcia is seeking to network with like minded professionals globally, connect and share experiences and expertise, and most importantly build her brand.
