Marsita Ferguson is a Supervisor at Cuyahoga Juvenile Court. She has been in her career field for over six years. She manages five staff members, sits on the committee for youths who are admitted to prison, handles the entire operations and transport process and manages the in take for probation.
Marsita says she came into this role by way of natural progression. She has a Masters Degree in Business and Organizational Design and Development from Lake Eerie College 2016. She is a member of the Downtown Paudvill Organization, NAACP, and United Way Young Leaders of Lake County. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
