Maria José Alemão has over 25 years of experience as a consultant, and decided to start her own business earlier this year. As Co-Managing Partner of Re7yourway Consulting, she is responsible for change management, career advisory services, training and workshops. Having previously seen the challenges of finding a job, she was always traveling to other countries such as Angola and Cub, and decided she wanted to stay in Portugal. She saw the current crisis in Portugal and had worked with GDPR, but knew she wanted to focus on change management, human resources and working with people.
Maria holds a master's degree in Human Resources from ISLA, class of 1987, and conducted postgraduate studies in Occupational Health. Looking ahead, she hopes to have a very successful business recognized in the market and to make an impact in change management on an individual level, and to continue training and facilitating workshops to blossom the need for change. She is passionate about working with young people and awakening the possibility of doing something else in others, and credits her success to passion and hard work.
