Maria Bayon has over 23 years of experience in broadcast media and journalism. Having started as a radio reporter, she lived in London and CBS was looking for a reporter. She got an audition and worked with them for 4 years, and then moved to Bloomberg. Eventually, she went back to Spain where, she went into radio journalism and has enjoyed a natural progression ever since.
Noted for her expertise in media broadcasting, investigative reporting, political and social reviews, maria holds a bachelor's degree in International Politics and Terrorism from the University of Navarra Spain and Aberdeen University in Scotland. She published a book in 2012 and is a seasoned and skilled public speaker.
Currently, Maria is fighting breast cancer and seeking treatment. She manages to maintain an active life, going to the gym and also studying languages. She also continues to be an investigative reporter and reports on human trafficking, politics and corruption throughout Europe. Looking ahead, she wants to continue to progress in international media and utilize her English language skills, delving in to narrative screenwriting. Also wants to work on a platform where she can utilize her script writing experience or traveling for an international channel.
