With over 30 years of experience in her field, Maria Coleman is Director of PCI & Regulatory Compliance at The Venetian & The Palazzo Resort Casino where she goes on tour helping clients, looks at credentials, writes resumes, and helps people apply for work. She began her career in HR as a senior manager where she she worked very closely with other departments and after building great relationships with those leaders and employees, was asked by the CEO to start the department.
Maria is a member of the local Society for Human Resource Management as well as a local IT committee. Moving forward, she plans to remain in her sector and eventually assume a more leadership role. Maria credits her success thus far to networking, hard work, dedication, passion for the work she does, and good mentors.
When not engaged with work, Maria enjoys watching college football and spending time with friends and family.
