Maria Francesca started as HR intern in Ingersoll Rand (6 months), then she worked in StartPeople (temporary work agency) for Sales Development, Recruitment and Administration. In 2008 she entered in Philip Morris International, covering different roles in HR (Talent Acquisition, International Mobility management, Administration, Talent Development and Career Planning, Special Projects). In 2017 she joined then CRIF, an italian multinational company, as HR Business Partner and Global People Development. Her journey as consultant has started in November 2019.

Maria Francesca Colombo has over 12 years of experience in HR. She has worked and managed several fields of HR, that is Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Training, People Development, Talent Reviews and Career Planning. After spending 12 years in Companies, she has decided to start a new adventure by building her own business. She is now certificating as Gallup Strengths Coach and currently working on projects related to Soft Skills training, coaching and Team Buildings. She started in the University studying Communication, then she fell in love with Human Resources. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volounteering for the local community. Her hobbies are novel reading (favourite author: Stephen King) and cooking. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
