Maria Hamm is the Director of Customer Experience for the UK/Nordic/Baltic at DHL Freight. She has been with DHL Freight since 2008 but her title changed in 2014 to Director of Customer Experience. Maria pilots the customers experience, making each country agenda. Her customer experience provides mind-set support, and sales and operations. She manages over 200 employees. Maria also spoke at the IQPC conference in 11/2015. She began her career in Human Resources before moving into business development. Maria also donates to Young Cancer and enjoys family, friends, and traveling outside of work.
