Marie-Joie Hughes is the VP of the Product Development Studio at Williams-Sonoma Inc. She has over 33 years of experience in design and manages a team of designers for both William Sonoma and Pottery Barn on both prints, and patterns for 4 divisions. Marie-Joie has a team of 20 designers who she has coached and mentored, some starting as young adults who have continued to work with her.
