With over two decades of experience, Marie-Dominique Rail is an accomplished chef and President of MCHEF where she has full control of the structure of the business and is 100% shareholder of the multiple divisions spanning Canada, the US and Europe.
Ms. Rail holds her degree in Culinary Arts from the University of Montreal. Moving forward, she envisions expanding further and growing in her business ventures into food retail and spices. She believes that working as a team is the key to success and hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals.
When not engaged with work, Ms. Rail enjoys traveling and frequently volunteer's with St. Jude's Hospital.
