Marina Hatty is an Executive Assistant at IFBA, Instituto Federal da Bahia where she works in the ethic department handling complaints and creating documentation regarding these complaints as well as reaching out to the capital once a week to inform the government of these complaints. In this role, Ms. Hatty brings unmatched expertise in administration, language, literature, and conflict/resolution.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Hatty was a teacher in the private sector where she enjoyed great success before deciding to transition to the public sector where she might help build policies that would give teachers more respect. She holds her Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature from the Federal University of Bahia and recently started her own YouTube channel and Instagram page to teach Portuguese on a global level.
Moving forward, Ms. Hatty wants to further her education by leaving the country and studying for her Master's as well as giving her child the opportunity for a better education. When not engaged with work, she enjoys music, reading and cooking.
