Marjolein Groenendijk is the Director of Customer Experience Design at KPN. She has been with KPN since 2014 and recently became the Director Customer Experience Design. She has been in a commercial role ICT with a mission to speed innovation. Her specialities include technical commercial design and innovative technology, as it is the enabler for growing business via creatively replacing traditional parts. Marjolein believes customer intimacy can only be achieved via employee engagement. She recently spoke at the 2014 Telcom in Nice, and also spoke in 2015 at the Berlin Telcom conference. When not working she enjoys reading novels, failing, hiking, and eating.
