With over 26 years of experience in her field, Marna Nel-Steyn is the Founder of Simple Life Skills where she conducts individual, couple and group therapy in addition to working with companies (mainly insurance, banks and universities) doing trainings. After earning her Bachelor's degree from the University of Namibia in 1989, Marna went on to become the director of an organization providing behavioral therapy. Also a dynamic speaker, she frequently does motivational speaking on the radio and television about her company and the services she provides as well as conducting trainings and seminars on social work and psychology. Marna has written many articles in newspapers and a book on cognitive behavioral therapy which was published in 2009. When not engaged with work, Marna works part time in an art gallery and enjoys singing, reading, painting, gardening, and spending time with her grandkids. Also a passionate philanthropist, she does a lot of volunteer work with her husband and church.
