An innovative entrepreneur and educational pioneer, Martha Salinas is the CEO of Educative Smart Innovation, an enterprise offering learning services and research tools by integrating sciences, mathematics, arts and technology. Having accomplished extensive research on technology in education, scientific education and STEM education, as well as dedicated more than 20 years to teaching profession, Ms. Salinas brings genuine passion and dynamic leadership to her work. After receiving her degree as a PhD in Education from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Ms. Salinas recognized that in her home country of Colombia, there was much room for educational improvement, and so she began Educative Smart Innovation. A prolific researcher and writer, she published three articles on technology education and social innovation management in 2018 alone. Moving forward, Ms. Salinas plans to apply her doctorate studies learning in Colombia and hopes to network internationally with likeminded female professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and helping her community by teaching innovation methodologies and techniques.
