With over a decade of experience in her field, Martha Berrio is the Country Manager and Director General for Avanza Externalización de Servicios, S.A. where she provides designing services and solutions to other companies. Martha directly hires all employees and feels passionate about providing employment to those who are struggling to find a job. She brings dynamic leadership skill and expertise in innovative solutions, process management, technology and banking.
Martha holds her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Andes University and a Master's in Innovation from Technologio de Monterrey. She is also a member of the Alumni Associations for both institutions. Moving forward, she hopes to remain at her company but to manage the entire Andes region.
