Martine Koopman is the Owner & Independent Consultant at Smart Resultancy. She launched her company just recently, a consultancy company specialized in the integration of ICT in developing countries. For the past 23 years, she has had a very successful career both in the private sector and in the field of international development, 15 years of that have been in management. Her passion is to enable people and organizations in developing countries to transform their future using ICT (ICT4D).
Martine’s key area of expertise is in participatory design, adoption strategies, scaling up, change management and assessment of innovative, complex development programs with a large ICT component. She managed programs and consultancy assignments in Africa, Latin America and Asia. She would like to collaborate and do business with like minded professionals. She speaks fluent English, Dutch and some French.
