Ms. Vencken is currently serving as a consultant to increase efficiency within teams of Shell Corporation. She has worked with different multinational companies such as Heinecken, Sara Lee, Mars, KPN, Toyota and Delta Lloyd Group. She is fluent in German and English and is a professor at local universities in the Netherlands, teaching MBA courses. Marjolijn Vencken dedicates her free time to serving on numerous boards, being a member of various prestigious societies, and advising less privileged communities on how to lobby in the Netherlands.
