Marybell Malave is the Product Training LMS at Fairway Independent Mortgage. With over 20 years of experience in her career, Marybell is best known for her expertise in loans. In her current role, Marybell changes the learning management systems, assigns training and manages the audit systems. It was her passion for real estate and the mortgage industry that propelled her to get involved in this field.
In 2013, Marybell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management at Ashford University.
In the coming years, Marybell would like to transition into a role that would allow her to be more involved in the community. She attributes her success to hard work, determination and faith. Marybell is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of WAoFP.
