Mary Helen McDonald's career cannot be described simply. Her expertise is not limited to a particular industry, nor is her workload at any given time. Though her role as CSO of Hillever Technology Corporation's North American operations would be a full workload for any professional, it is far from the extent of her responsibilities. This means that in addition to her work on business development, market exploration, and promotions, she is heading operations in up to six start-up companies through her consulting practice, HM Ops. All of this has been managed while raising children and a dog, actively helping the work of United Way, and completing her MBA.
