Mascha De Wildt is the Founder and Owner of DB&B for two months now. Her company advises other companies on digitalization, designs programs as well as creates two year plans for companies. Previously, she was working with a company doing basically the same thing but traveling too much so she opened her own business to be home with her family.
She is best known for her ability to create results and for her marketing skills. Mascha has a Master’s Degree in Social Science in 1997. She spoke for the Adobe Seminar in 2017 and does some lectures in universities about change and organization in the workplace.
Mascha attributes her success to her authenticity and personality. In the next few years she hopes to develop a company where she helps Human Resources organizations reach the next level to change the organization of work. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
