Mila Batinovich de Pereira is a distinguished professional based in Panama with over 20 years of experience in one of Panama's leading vegetable production company's in Latin America. Prior to her 20 year stint in the produce production industry, Mila spent 15 years acting as upper level management for leading tobacco companies in the region. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to big business in the Latin American market, and attributes her success to her winning attitude and perseverance. Mila, who serves as CEO for Cultivos Selectos, S.A., has helped the business to become a leader in the cold chain market in Panama. While she has been a force to be reckoned with in her professional life, Mila's winning attitude and positive outlook has strengthened her through her trying battle with breast cancer. Mila continues to live her life, hoping to inspire and connect with others, Along with her passion to impact the world for the better, she has two daughters.
