Mabel Ocampo Benavides is the Owner of Ikigai. She has over 20 years experience in her field, and is in charge the desing, planning and commercial strategies. She works with clients and is responsible for the implementation of projects. She loves her career and loves to work in HR, as she has always had a knack for human development in organizations.
She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from INCAE, 2016 and a Masters degree in International Relations in FLACSO. She is a member of the National Human Resource Community in Colombia and Ecuador.
In the next few years, she wants to continue to grow and develop her company focusing more on being an HR Manager. The key to her success is passion, handwork, and relationships. She is very passionate about her career and being a business owner being able to share her knowledge with others.
