Mariana Araoz has over 25 years of experience in her current field. She is a Theater Director for Collectif Masque/TMR-Trans MIssion. She typically works with event planning, touring, films, exhibitions, and conferences.She directs trans mission research- TMR specializing in gender balance and performing art, in connection with theater and social theater.
She has a Master degree in Environmental Management from the university of RENNES 1-Science University in France. She started as a biologist specialized in environment ecology and naturally progressed to be in theater, social theater and gender balance.
