Megan Monroe-Coleman is the Director of Third Party Compliance for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She is a Compliance Director with 14 years’ experience designing, assessing and implementing regulatory compliance programs, internal controls and global risk strategies for Financial Services institutions and Fintech companies.
As a trusted advisor, Megan collaborates with her clients to understand and solve unique business problems and design solutions that are tailored to each specific organization. As a SOC subject matter expert, she has 8 years’ experience designing and executing Service Organization Controls Reports (SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3) engagements, including developing and presenting guidance and methodology.
