Melissa Durrell is a communications professional with over a decade of experience in her field currently serving as the President of Durrell Communications as well as the Director of Media and PR for Women's March Global.
After earning her Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Ms. Durrell saw rapid and varied success in her field. An accomplished journalist with copious training in media, she has done reporting of her own in addition to helping others find their voices as reporters. Also a lauded public speaker, Ms. Durrell is frequently asked to speak on investments and tech training at conferences and seminars. For Women's March Global, she has worked closely with investors to form seamless and successful strategy.
Moving forward, Ms. Durrell hopes to continue growing her company by applying her core values of hard work, listening, and forging important and resilient connections with others.
In addition to her professional ventures, Ms. Durrell serves her community on the City Council, which she was elected to 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the gym and urban exploring.
