Melina Inglese has 20 years of experience in the finance sector of different companies, specifically in profits. She has four years with the Nature Conservancy where she helps coordinate projects with Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Paraguay. She says she likes the challenge her job offers and getting to meet different people and networking.
Melina writes internally for the company and does not do any outside writing. She says the key to her success has been being in charge of her career development, rather than waiting for a supervisor to give her the green light for advancement. She removes barriers and is always learning from her colleagues or whoever she can around her.
Melina says that she really enjoys working for her company and she hopes to keep growing there. One day, she says that she may move to Spain and start a fellowship there, specifically one that allows her to apply to different positions she’s interested in developing.
