Melina Revenga is the Office Director for Thomas Cook Group (Jamaica Incom & Serv Ltd). Melina feels her key to success is recognizing when others need help, to be patient and to always be there for others. She is quite good at being patient, as sometimes travel can be frustrating when plans are unexpectedly altered.
After receiving her degree in computers and working working with Thomas Cook she feels she will continue on the travel career path and plans to still be working there in the next few years. Her greatest achievement in her career at this point is the transition she made while being the manager at the Thomas Cook office transitioning from Venezuela to Jamaica.
As a Latino woman she felt she was faced with resistance and was able to overcome this resistance and has developed lasting local relationships. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
