Melissa Rodriguez is the Senior Manager Business Support for Scotiabank. She has been in her current role for two and a half years and has been in the banking industry to 17 years. She manages the general administration for the executive office and represents the bank for regulator meetings. She works with vendors, does reports and coordinates meetings.
Melissa says she has always had a passion for banking and she has moved up through the ranks over the years. Her expertise are in project management, coaching and mentoring. Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of London in 2000.
In the next few years Melissa says she would like to do more coaching and mentoring. She says the key to her success is being able to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
