Menush has two children, ages 6 and 10 years old.

Menush Rasoulinia has been in the Shoe Design industry for 14 years, and has been working at Bianco Footwear for the past 2 years. Her passion and talent for her career have made her a sought-after name, attracting the attention of well-known brands such as Ecco, Nine West, and Prada, garnering the opportunities to travel the world and work in the fashion industry. One of her accomplishments is being asked to design shoes for the Royal House of Denmark. Previously she also had her own shoe brand called Rasoulinia. Recently Menush was asked to be a mentor at Designskolen Kolding, a well-known design school in Denmark. She also helps to support and guide students that are studying shoe design.
