I am in the business of creating calm through self awareness. Using Natural protocols to utilise the central nervous system, and our cognition to achieve a balance healthy life.

Michelle Louise Galbraith is an accomplished business owner with 23 years of experience in the HR Training and Development industry, and launched Insync The Female Game 1 year ago, where she serves as CEO. She wears all hats for her company including producing educational content, scientific modalities and creative development of those, sales, finance, marketing, account management, in a customer-facing role. Her platform is specific to busy working women and those with children. Michelle teaches women how to make meaningful choices towards the life they deserve, treat themselves like a woman, and still be powerful contributors in their circle of influence. Her area of expertise is providing value through educational content, HR training and development, and life coaching. Michelle completed her A levels in Biology Geography and Art at Haywards Heath College, UK and has maintained a keen medical interest in Neurology, Anatomy, and Physiology. She is affiliated with The Royal Society of Medicine and the Association of Reflexologists. Primarily, Michelle focuses on one-to-ones with clients, but is planning her own live event for later this year. Originally, she was drawn to this work because of her own personal experience with some health adversities 5-6 years ago. Currently, Michelle focuses on her own daily personal development, and she really wanted to bridge her knowledge of life coaching with anatomy and reflexology education to put together a program for women to create a blueprint in their own lives. She thrives on helping them to not struggle. Indeed, it is very rewarding to see a lady transform from a tight bud to being able to have their clarity restored. Thus making changes in their health protocols to achieve real transformation. It is rewarding to see these ladies be a positive influence in their own circle/community, as well. Going forward, Michelle wants to do more live events, and make more of a pop on the planet, conducting workshops, and pitching to corporations that are increasingly charged with looking after their staff in a more holistic way, go global, including in America. She wants to reach women in a meaningful way, with a personal touch. Michelle is keen to network, gain exposure, and collaborate with like-minded people. Ultimately, she would like to advocate the natural nurture of women's human capital by means of holistic approaches which are evidence based, easy to use and that future proof their health. The highlight of her career is both being a mum, and having them recognize the clarity of her purpose in making a difference in peoples' lives. When she's not working, Michelle enjoys singing, walking, and enjoying the outdoors with her two gorgeous dogs. She also likes hanging out with friends enjoying good company, conversation and food. Michelle supports a local charity Academy of Hard Knocks helping kids on the wrong side of the path reclaim their sense of self through sport.
