Michelle Hamilton is the HR Business Partner with eGov Jamaica Limited. She has been in HR field for over ten years and eight years of Project Management experience. Michelle is responsible for the Employee Benefits Portfolio, aspects of on-boarding, summer internship programme, interviewing and is involved in termination process of employees, handles payroll process as it relates to benefits as well as administrative responsibilities and training others. She came into this field by way of natural progression. Michelle also expertise are in project management and technology. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of West Indies in 2015. She is a member of the PMI Jamaica Chapter and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM -PMI). She was previously the VP of Professional Development of the PMI Jamaica Chapter. In the future Michelle hopes to be the head of department in the company. She says the keys to her success have been family motivation, wanting to live better and her passion to help people elevate and reach their potential. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
