Michelle Paul is a Clinical Data Manager for eClinical Solutions. She is responsible for overseeing data management in various client pharmaceutical trials and ongoing cohort studies. She is responsible for data cleaning, client deliverables, and overarching data management plans. She teams up with clinical data management teams both internally and on the client side in order to ensure that all data is at a high standard for FDA approval.. Michelle served in the Peace Corps in Western Samoa and upon her return, served as the director of the Boston Area Returned Peace Corps Association for several years. Her expertise is in data management of medical studies. She previously worked as the head of Research Data Management for the Neurobiology at Boston Children's Hospital. Michelle has a Master's of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from Boston University as well as a Bachelor's in International Relations from North Carolina State University. Michelle is co-founder of the Matsushima Relief Fund, a nonprofit that was founded after the Japanese Earthquake of 2011. She attributes her success to passion and perseverance through hardship.
