Michelle Roman is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Anixter International. She has been in her current role for 10 years and has 18 years of overall HR experience. Michelle is an HR leader for a 2 Billion dollar business, 1800 employees, and reports to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
Michelle is an inspirational and passionate HR leader and driver of a talent management culture. She loves being able to share knowledge with others, training, mentoring, and helping people reach their goals.
