Micki Thomsen is the Accounting Manager for Varco Canada ULC. She is a Canadian designated accountant (CPA) and works with both finance and operations in the oil and gas industry in Alberta, Canada, providing an array of services from budgeting to cost cutting to instruction.
Micki received her Diploma in Accounting with a Chartered Accountant Designation, 2002 from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. She has been in her current role for 10 years and has 16 years of overall experience. She oversees all operations and finances for 2 divisions, budgets, financial analysis, tax prep, stock reporting, and capital acquisitions.
